In the very heart of Conil de la Frontera, the charming apartment Federico 1 is just a short walk from the beautiful beach Playa De Los Bateles. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment with simple, sleek decor consists of a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed and a sofa bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the living room), a washing machine and satellite television. Outside, you have a cosy courtyard with beautiful tiles, which is very typical of the region. Here you can relax with a glass of wine on mild summer evenings. Due to the apartment’s exceptional location in the city centre, a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket is just around the corner! Meanwhile the gorgeous beach, Playa De Los Bateles, is only 650 m or a 10-minute walk away. Here you can stretch out on the sand below the Spanish sun and admire the sparkling waves of the sea. Pets are allowed. Bed linens are included in the price.
